This file contains all child-level measures across all timepoints (screening, pre-test, post-test, follow-ups in one and two years- edit this later), demographic variables, state grade 3 ELA assessment data, and intervention attendance-related data. It also contains teacher reported language proficiency, disability status, severe behavior difficulties, perceptions of students’ language and literacy needs, and any services provided during the school day.
The study included three recruitment cohorts: Cohort 1 (2021–2022), Cohort 2 (2022–2023), and Cohort 3 (2023–2024). In the study ID protocol, the value “3” was originally reserved to indicate a school attended after a participant moved following study entry. This category was never utilized, but the numbering structure was retained to preserve consistency in participant IDs, student IDs, school IDs and data management procedures. As a result, Cohort 3 is coded as “4” in the dataset.
