Person: Dr. Debprasad Dutta

Dr. Deb holds Research Scientist position at Mazumdar Shaw Center for Translational Reserch (MSCTR) located in the 'datascience city' of India i.e. Bangalore. His research area includes in silicon and in vitro preclinical discovery mainly focused on ischemic stroke. Earlier he worked a doctoral thesis on Guillain Barre syndrome and a master's thesis on thalassemia. He was recognized by several prestigious awards and honors nationally and globally. His also worked in neuromyelitis during Commonwealth visiting scholarship in Liverpool, UK. Alongside science, he also loves to compose poetry whenever he feels a possession of literary temperament.
