CAPS (Case Analysis Program Suite) is a set of programs and data intended for use by state child welfare agencies. CAPS includes 12 analytic programs answering policy-relevant child welfare system questions, such as "do reports from different sources return to the system similarly over time"?.
This set of programs and data files are designed for use mainly by state child welfare agencies. The archived data include large numbers of Social Determinants of Health data from the Census and other sources.
