Project: Examining early words and speech sounds in Spanish (Uploaded on )

The purpose of this study is to test the initial validity of a newly developed early speech measure for children aged 18 to 36 months old. The profiles of early expressive phonological skills (PEEPS) is an established measure for children who speak English.

These data are from our third meta-analysis project. The speech-vocabulary analysis represented eight samples and the speech-mlu analysis represented four samples. The ages ranged from 18-months to 39-months.

We sought to understand the speech and language skills of children with nonsyndromic cleft palate with or without cleft lip (NSCP/L) by meta-analyzing results of the literature.
